People we Care for and Support

We support people of all different ages with a wide variety of care and support needs.

We pride ourselves on our ability to develop our service offering to meet the changing needs of people in Kent and Wales.

Having initially focused on providing vital support to elderly people across the county, in 2019 we expanded our services to provide care and support to children over 13 years of age, following multiple requests to do so from external organisations.

In 2021, we expanded our offering further by adding positive behaviour support and learning disability care.

We offer Kent and Welsh wide care and support to older people with social and health needs, while our care and support services for children and young people are more localised. Please contact us for more information about services in your local area.
