Care For Children and Young People with Complex Needs

Our team of children’s community healthcare workers provide support to children and their families in their own home. Our team our experienced in supporting children with behaviour challenges, physical disabilities, complex healthcare needs, learning disabilities and more.

Our team can provide a wide range of support including:

  • Support to get ready for school
  • Support for days out
  • Supporting to get ready for bed/ after school
  • Personal care support
  • Mobility support
  • Medication administration assistance

We currently provide support to young people both via Continuing Healthcare and Kent County Council - Disabled Children and Young People.
