From £12.21 per hour to £20.00 per hour. Contact time, travel time and up to 20 minutes waiting time included plus 22-44p per mile.

Expertise Homecare (Central & West Kent) Ltd is a leading domiciliary care company. We are looking to recruit Driving Community Care Workers in Central and West Kent (Maidstone, Sevenoaks, Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells areas).

We are looking for genuinely caring, reliable and compassionate people to join our team. You will need to be a good communicator, empathetic, flexible, honest and punctual. You must enjoy interacting with people.

Pay bands are based on experience, qualifications and whether you are a non-driver or driver.

Previous experience is desirable, but not necessary, as we provide a full induction and ongoing training. We also help our employees to develop their career with vocational qualifications.
