Domiciliary Care Registered Manager
Location: Maidstone, Kent
Role: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
Expertise Homecare is currently looking to recruit a Domiciliary Care Registered Manager for a full-time vacancy, to start as soon as possible. The role is based in Maidstone and you will look after a specific area in West Kent.

About the role:
As a Registered Manager within domiciliary care, you will have strong interpersonal skills. You will need to be able to motivate and support your coordinators and carers in deliver a good service to our customers; making sure they are happy and delivering a good service. You will be dealing with any incoming enquiries from our customers and our carers. You will deal with new service users and assess their packages, consult with local authorities, GP’s and Hospitals. You will handle any complaints or issues in your area as appropriate. You will be accountable for the day to day quality of the service delivered to our service users. You will report issues to the Managing Director. You will help and promote the business to expand over the coming years.

The right candidate will be offered the opportunity to undertake further training in including QCF Level 7 and train the trainer courses. They will be trained in managing budgets and be a part of quarterly forecasts and performance management for their area.
Starting Salary £25,000-£30,000 plus bonuses.
