Area Supervisor
Location: Maidstone, Kent
Role: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm 37.5 hours per week

Expertise Homecare is currently looking to recruit an Area Supervisor for a full-time vacancy, to start as soon as possible. The role is based in Maidstone and you will look after a specific area in West Kent.

About the role:
As an Area Supervisor within domiciliary care, you will have strong interpersonal skills. You will provide a good service to our customers; making sure that our carers are happy and they are delivering a good service. You will be dealing with any incoming enquirers from our customers and our carers. You will help with new service users and assess their packages, consult with local authorities, GP’s and Hospitals. You will help handling any complaints or issues in your area as appropriate. You will be accountable for the day to day quality of the service delivered to our service users. You will report issues to the Managing Director. You will help and promote the business to expand over the coming years.
You will be responsible for the team, including the on-call team. If there are emergencies or if needed, you are requested to do care call.

The role of an Area Supervisor is a pivotal role to be able to have a functional business and team. We are looking for a candidate with positive attitude and always looking to improve themselves.
You will have strong managerial skills to be able to manage a large team. You will be passionate about your role and you will be excited to learn and improve yourself to the best of your abilities.

Requirement:

  • Experience as a senior carer
  • Experience as a Care Coordinator
  • Driving licence and own vehicle is a must
