We are the first care organisation to partner with Reevoo, the trusted independent review company. Reevoo offers every individual in our care and their relatives the opportunity to review our service to aid others when choosing a home care provider.

 

All reviews are posted onto the local pages of every Expertise Homecare branch. This is another example of our commitment to complete transparency and trust.

Our Software

Simple, easy and helpful

We have designed our own software platform that provides automatic live notification to family members.

 

What does this mean for you as a relative?

 

You can get notifications of when the carer arrived and left with a breakdown of what care was provided in the call.

 

No more concerns of how long carers are staying as you will see the GPS tracked arrival and leaving time.

You can stay in touch and keep up to date with the care delivered even from you mobile device.

 

The care being provided is monitored on real time information by senior staff to ensure quality standards are maintained. Senior staff can also react immediately to information and provide support for staff and customers when required.

 

Our software helps ensure families stay connected and installs transparency to the care which helps develop trust.

 

We are the only care company using this system in the UK and are proud to take the lead in raising standards in care for our customers, their relatives and our staff.
